Walton House Wedding

Warwickshire Walton Hall Wedding Photography - Matt & Zoë

Matt & Zoë got married in the opulent Walton Hall, a grade II listed, 16th-century country mansion at Walton, near Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, once owned by Lord Field and the entertainer Danny La Rue. When I arrived I was in awe at the stunning entrance hall which had been beautifully dressed with an incredible Christmas tree, decorations a roaring open fire.

The Ceremony

Matt & Zoe had opted for a more intimate ceremony with just their immediate family and loved ones. The main hall at Walton Hall was the perfect venue for the occasion and the guest’s entrance was accompanied by a stunning string quartet. Zoe looked amazing in her dress as she was walked down the aisle by her father and during the ceremony gave Matt several lovely little glances.

The Reception

The grand entrance hall and staircase were the backdrop for much of the reception drinks and speeches, and dressed as it was for Christmas, created a wonderful festive feel. After some heartfelt words from the father of the bride and some hilarious stories from the best man, the guests went through to the drawing room ready for more drinks and to sample the amazing food the venue had prepared.

Below you will find some of my favourite images from the wedding.
