Birtsmorton Court Wedding

Jon and Sophie's wedding at Birtsmorton Court by Alex Benyon

Birtsmorton Court Wedding Photography - Jon & Sophie

The enchanting Birtsmorton Court in Malvern, Worcestershire provided a magical setting for the unforgettable wedding of Jon and Sophie. A day filled with love, laughter, and joy was beautifully captured in the picturesque surroundings of this historic venue.

Birtsmorton Court, with its beautiful historic architecture and sprawling gardens, served as the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary day. Set amidst the green, rolling hills of Malvern, this venue offered a stunning balance of rustic charm and elegant grandeur. The ancient moat, the stunning white garden, and the breathtaking views of Malvern Hills created a dreamlike ambiance.

The day began under a glorious autumn sky with Jon and his groomsmen enjoying a pre-ceremony whisky in one of the lovely cottages on the grounds of the Court. Sophie meanwhile was in the grand bedroom with her sister and mum adding the finishing touches to her stunning dress (and quite possibly some of the most impressive wedding shoes I’ve ever seen). The couple radiated love and happiness, and this was reflected in the faces of their families and friends who had gathered to celebrate their special day.

The ceremony was held in the grandeur of the Great Hall, a highlight of the day for many. The Hall, with its rich history, high ceilings, and impressive fireplaces, was a romantic setting for Jon and Sophie's vows. As Sophie walked down the aisle, the look on Jon's face was priceless. It was a beautiful moment, frozen in time, as two people in love promised to be together forever.

The joyous celebration continued throughout the day, with the guests enjoying drinks and canapes whilst taking in the incredible views and grounds of this iconic venue. They were also treated to the beautiful voice of Cydney Brown, who provided the wonderful music during the reception, as well as the amazing Darren Campbell Magician who left the guests amazed and at times confused with his incredible magic skills.

Capturing Jon and Sophie's special day at Birtsmorton Court was a truly wonderful experience. The location, the atmosphere, and the couple's unique touch with their dogs as ring bearers made this wedding a joy to photograph. Here's to Jon and Sophie, and the memories they created on their unforgettable day.

Below you will find some of my favourite images from the wedding.
