I’ve just got back from two amazing days away presenting talks on behalf of Sony UK at the Societies of Photographers Roadshow’s Solihull & Watford dates.

The Societies of Photographers Roadshows are huge annual events that are a mix of seminars, events, and trade shows across the UK aimed at professional and aspiring photographers. They’re always a great opportunity to catch up with all the latest products and be inspired by some fantastic talks and presentations.

The first of the two jam packed days was at the rather impressive National Motorcycle museum in Solihull. As well as giving a presentation about my approach to documentary wedding photography I was also helping out on the Sony stand answering questions along side Event & Content Manager for Sony UK, Mark Baber.

The first talk went really well and it was a great to catch a few of the other brilliant speakers on the day’s lineup.

For the second day, we traveled down to the Watford FC Football Stadium for another jam-packed day presenting and supporting Sony on the stand. The second talk was a lot of fun and it was great meeting and talking with so many visitors as well as hanging out with soo many lovely trade exhibitors.

It was a lot of fun being involved with a couple of dates on this year’s Roadshow and always a pleasure working with Sony UK. My voice is looking forward to having a rest now though.
